Madi

'Madi' (meaning Manta Ray in the local language) takes its inspiration from the region's fresh, tropical produce and abundant seafood.
Menus are light and flavourful, with a range of local, Mediterranean & simple classic dishes served all day, from breakfast to late evening.
Madi also holds themed nights each week, including a Tradition Maldivian Bodu Beru night, seafood bounty local seafood barbeque and a 'Thali' evening focusing on south Indian specialties.

Madi, is open in the evening to offer themed nights on Monday (Maldivian Boduberu dance and drums), Wednesday (Indian Thali), and Friday (seafood barbeque under the stars with live entertainment). Madi will continue to serve breakfasts daily.

Thila

Thila is named after coral formations in the Maldives that are covered with abundant marine life. As a place to congregate, it inspires the informal Maldives restaurant and pool bar where guests can come to chill out.
Food at Thila is easygoing and family-friendly, with salads, freshly cooked seafood, pizzas and Turkish 'pide'.
Laid-back music, pool tables and an open-air pool bar with ocean views make Thila the relaxed and vibrant heart of island life on Maalifushi.

Thila, the main lounge bar and open air BBQ kitchen will continue to open every day from midday to midnight to offer its light Mediterranean tapas menu as well as the dinner menu normally served at Madi.

Tai

Tai or red snapper, which is a celebratory fish in Japanese culture, aims to be among the finest Japanese restaurants in the Maldives, while showcasing fresh seafood from local waters.

At our dedicated sushi and cocktail bars, Tai's chefs entertain guests with their culinary skills, focusing on sustainably caught seafood from the Indian Ocean.

Tai, will offer dining on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. During the days Tai is closed, a Japanese menu will be offered on request.

Champagne Breakfast

An intimate dining table will be set up on the deck of your own pool, or away on the secluded beach where you will enjoy complete privacy while your personal butler serves you a three-course meal from the carefully selected dinner menu and a bottle of chilled champagne.

COMO Shambhala Cuisine

COMO Shambhala Cuisine is a unique nutritional concept that incorporates organic ingredients rich in living enzymes, vitamins and sea minerals while still delivering on flavour.

Food is raw, steamed or grilled for maximum health benefits. Chefs also make ample use of the tandoor, a type of Indian oven that allows for the fat-free cooking of meats and fish whilst introducing a wonderful charcoal flavour.

COMO Shambhala Cuisine is served at Madi. It is also available via room service and private dining. 

In Villa Dining

In Villa Dining at Maalifushi by COMO includes salads, pastas and refreshing juices and lassis, and is available from 7am until 11pm daily.

Night Snorkelling

Discover a new side of the house reef as the sun sets and nocturnal marine life emerges. Our guide will assist you on this hide-and-seek excursion to spot these shy creatures, such as the Lionfish and Moray Eel. This is also the time where our resident school of Jackfish go on the hunt - zooming around at great speed, in stark contrast to their lazy daytime pace.
