Yoga is a process of self-awareness using techniques to improve physical and emotional health and manage the mind. It is an ancient philosophy originating in India over 5,000 years ago. At Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa our yoga instructor, Ashok, offers private and group classes in a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga. Guests also have the option of doing our 'Personal Yoga Synergy' program during their holiday in the Maldives, which comprises a customized personal yoga instruction.

ENLIGHTMENT YOGA (MEDITATION): Breathing and meditation offers different benefits as a tool to reduce stress, achieve peace of mind and tension relief, it addresses respiratory disorders, insomnia, sexual disorders, headache, migraine & more.
EMOTIONAL RELEASE & REIKI: Reiki is an ancient healing method of accessing universal energy to release negative patterns of thought and emotion and restore energy. Gentle pressure is applied to the body over major energy centers to bring you into wholeness.
YOGA PACKAGES:
3, 5 or 10 day yoga packages are available and include a private 60-minute yoga class with our instructor.
