We had the best experience gassing off at the Sheraton Maldives for 3 nights and booking it was a swift all because of the excellent service by Zeldiva! NIA was very patient and accommodating of all my questions and several changes. She got us the best tailor made deal for our group of 11 pax. So much better than what I can get from agoda or booking. I can chat with her anytime and I am guaranteed a reply within the day. Sheraton charged us extra taxes that were already paid and Nia assisted in the refund of them. ELLEN met us at the airport during our arrival day, and also assisted us all throughout our early departure! It took the stress out of us because we didn’t have to figure out where to go or what was to do next. Nia and Ellen both made our trip worry free and therefore we enjoy the holiday a bit more!
